Noteworthy Global achievements

Despite these advancements, challenges remain in achieving greater representation in technical roles and ensuring equitable career progression for all employees. Moving forward, we aim to enhance internal mentorship programs, expand accessibility initiatives, evaluate and plan the launch of Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to support underrepresented employees, and set clear measurable goals for all Business Unit (BU) Heads and the HR team to drive continuous DEI improvement.
